What is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is the process of applying a dry paint to a wide range of materials.
The powder contains the necessary resin, pigment, modifiers and curing agents needed for the surface to be coated.
Powder is applied by spraying the surface and then the charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surface, then it is put into a curing oven where the powder melts, bonds and cures to give the product the desired characteristic.
The Process…
1) Three-step pre-treatment and wash
(Sandblasting available, if needed)
2) Application of powder
3) Curing process
Our curing oven is 10' x10' x 25' deep.

Powder coating results in a very hard, durable finish that is environmentally friendly and cost effective. It outperforms liquid paints in color retention, UV stability, and resistance to corrosion, chemicals, abrasion and chipping. It is simply the superior way to paint!
